I am not sure if the cpu+motherboard is good and if the power supply is too much or if it is not enough.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600x

Motherboard: MSI A320M PRO-E

RAM: Patriot Viper Elite Red 8gb DDR4 2800MHz CL16 1.2v Dual Channel Kit

GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 570 PULSE ITX 4GB GDDR5 256-bit Lite

Power supply: SilentiumPC Elementum E2, 80+ , 450W, 82% efficiency

HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 1TB SATA-III 7200RPM 64MB

Case: Floston BLUE WIND

I am sorry if you get results in romanian for the power supply/ram/case.

motherboard is trash should be B450
Ram is ok... but should be 16gb for a little more money and 3200 speed
570 is ok for anything high setting for 1080p
PSU should be a 520W Seasonic
HArd Drive should be 2tb for about $4 more

Whats your budget?
the one i posted costs 520$ and i would say that's my budget unfortunately.
is this motherboard better GIGABYTE B450M S2H ?
and power supply Segotep SG-600B 80+ Bronze 500W 82% efficiency?
i don't think i need that much ram tbh
2tb harddrives are more expensive than 1tb here
i will be playing on a 20 inches 1600x900 monitor

Any/all B450 is good - the A320 is a really bad motherboard and old
2x8gb is a lot better than 2x4. especially when at 3200 speed - just check price if you can - Always buy in pairs, you would be better with 2x4 3200 or 2x8
570 should be good for you

I looked up your PSU and it is really bad, you need a better one
