Question Help building budget gaming pc

I would like to build a gaming PC, but i have a budget of about $650 AUD, which is roughly $415 USD I mostly would use this build for playing Grand Theft Auto 5. I have some knowledge of building computers, but not in the sense of what hardware to pair with each other to receive the best possible performance for your money. If someone could help me out.

I think for that budget you are going to need to look at the second hand market to get decent performance....

I would recommend having a look at this youtube channel (Tech Yes City):

This guy is based in Australia and focuses a lot of doing value for money budget gaming builds using second hand stuff.
