Question Help Building Computer for Trading

Hello Everyone!

I hope to receive your best recommendations to build a PC for day trading and web browsing only - no gaming.

I would like the PC to be quiet, use good quality components and be fast in such a way that it will handle what I for at least 5 years before an upgrade is needed.

I will be starting with two 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution monitors and will add another two in the future.

Budget: $1,500
Use: FOREX, Futures & Options
Platforms: MetaTrader4, NinjaTrader8, ThinkOrSwim (ToS), TD Ameritrade & E-Trade - will be streaming continuous data on several platforms simultaneously
OS: Windows10 Pro 64-bit w/enterprise update

Computer Case: ??? - don't want tons of flickering light coming from the PC

A couple of questions, I was looking at MSI GeForce 1660 Ti 6GB video card, what do you think? Also, why the need for the second Barracuda HD?
