Help building first gaming PC

it's good, I suggest some minor tweaks only:

lose the Thermal Paste, the one coming with the cooler is alright
Ripjaws are a pain to fit with the 212 due to their size
better PSU
better case fan
some adjustments as for 1080 model and SSD to cut a few bucks without sacrificing any performance

vengeance are like 50% the height of Ripjaws and won't give you problems with any cooler

525gb m2 drive in there for $3 less than your original build.

Solution
Provably the wrong person to ask mate .
I'm a resolution & detail whore more than straight fps personally.
I'd be looking at a 27 inch 1440p 75htz panel for myself.

You're maybe more geared up for 100htz+ ??

What your budget for the monitor ??

Becasue the spire that comes with the ryzen 1600 is a fairly beastly bit of kit for a stock cooler.
As long as your case airflow is decent & ambient room temps are reasonable itll quite simply do a good enough job.
You can push 3.8/3.9 ghz on it with still respectable temps & acceptable noise.
