If all you do is use OSX for web browsing and school..... why do you need OSX?
Unless by school you mean those few art programs. A Hackintosh is "technically" free anyways. Also i'm pretty sure it's not that easy and requires a bit of advanced computer knowledge. You could just buy an iMac if you want to browse the web with Safari so bad.
But, this system should be able to play those games, I'm going to come in at $700 and let you decide how much you want to spend on a keyboard and mouse, as good ones usually run about $50-80 dollars a piece:

If you had $900 you could a get a better system (not including mouse and keyboard), I didnt go to the full 800 or over it so you still have money for the mouse and keyboard you want, as good ones usually cost about $50+ dollars.
