Yes, those are not hard to run games.
at low settings you can play them on a potato.

In RX 500 series, only the 580 and 590 have 8 GB. My guess is it's a 580, which is plenty good enough for those games.

Doesn't the 570 have an 8gb varient too?
in any case, all of them can run those, or actually any games at 1080p60hz at medium settings atleast.

Come to think of it, I think AMD did add this variant to the 570 model, but as you said, even it is plenty adequate for those games.
