Question Help - Buying PC parts in India ???

Hello,

For the first time, I will be building a new PC in India (have built in the US before). And I don't know if I can trust local vendors or even Indian online retailers. I have not been in India for the past 18 years so I am completely clueless about which are the big online retailers in India, which are trustworthy, etc.

P.S. I am in Mumbai.

Please name some trustworthy stores for PC parts (either online or physical stores), and tell me about your experiences with:

• Parts selection (do they have a good selection ?)
• Return policies (in case something doesn't work) ... will they take faulty parts back ?
• Fair price (considering import duties, etc)

I am of course aware of amazon.in but they don't have everything I need. I also know about the ITechPark store in Mumbai ... any experiences with that store ? Newegg.com charges a LOT to ship to India.

For physical stores, I would prefer Mumbai as a location but am even open to traveling across the country if there is a great store out there somewhere.

You can use India's pcpartpicker to put together a list of parts. https://in.pcpartpicker.com Looking at that site, it only uses Amazon India and Newegg India.

Do you have any personal experience with this site ? How did you find out about it ?
