Help! Buying RX 590 SAPPHIRE NITRO+ but dont know if its okay on my build

My build is

(My focus only on upgrading is gpu. Soon ill upgrade my motherboard and processor)

Motherboard: ASUS H81M-E
PSU: FSP raider 650watts silver 80+
Processor: i5 4440 running on 3.10GHz up to 3.30GHz
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz (i know i know just ignore.this, gonna upgrade soon to 1866 with 1.5V coz my setup is haswell)

Im going to buy RX 590 SAPPHIRE NITRO+ 8GB -> http://sapphirenitro.sapphiretech.com/en/590-SE.html

Does my build is good with RX 590 8GB?
Does my build will experience bottleneck with RX 590 8GB?

Currently im playing bf5, wildlands, gta v, witcher 3 maybe soon upcomming new game resident evil.

In some CPU heavy games, such as BF5, your CPU will hold you back some. In other games that are not as CPU dependant, it will be fine.

But I would not buy a 590 unless it was a very good deal ($250 or less). The 2060 was released and it is a significantly better card and retails at $350. So buying a $300 590 is not a really good choice when looking at price vs performance.

You should be OK.
What is your current graphics card?
There is always a limiting factor in games, either cpu or graphics.

Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

On ram, you will see no difference in performance between 1600 and 1866 ram; not worth that upgrade.
If you want 16gb, consider that

Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
A motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
The internal workings are designed for the capacity of the kit.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards, can be very sensitive to this.
This is more difficult when more sticks are involved.
That is why ram vendors will NOT support ram that is not bought in one kit.

If you do buy more disparate sticks, they must be the same speed, voltage and cas numbers.
Even then your chances of working are less than 100%

What is your plan "B" if the new stick/s do not work?

Sometimes increasing the ram voltage in the bios will make things work.

If you want 16gb, my suggestion is to buy a 2 x 8gb kit that matches your current specs.
Then, try adding in your old 8gb,
If it works, good; you now have extra ram.
If not, sell the old ram or keep it as a spare.

I asked many stores here in my country im living btw in capital city so yeah too many stores ive asked and the lowest price is $313 for brand new and for the second hand is about $260 up to $280 or $290 so yeah bad luck for me 🙁

And my budget is between $300 up to $325

Need it tomorrow thats y im askin lol thanks for the answer

Btw 2060 6GB (Gigabyte brand dual fan oc) here in my country as low as $378 so maybe around $370 up to $400

Dont want rtx coz i want freesync..monitors for gsync supported costs too much $$$$ so yeah sticking with freesync

Nvidia released a driver update on 1/15/19 that gives Nvidia GPUs free sync support. So you dont need a gsync monitor any more for adaptive sync.

I would go 2060 all the way. It is MUCH better than the 590.

2060 still okay? I think thats too much for my build with only i5 4440 3.10ghz lol - im nervous about bottleneck hehe

i do have 1920 x 1080 resolution

I hope that there will be a RTX 2060 in my country costs around $300 up to $325 because that is my really tight budget lol we poor thats y

The 2060 MSRP is $350 and I doubt you will get one for less than that. If you are tight on your budget, then go for a cheaper card. The 590 is not a bad card, but I feel it is a little over priced. I would see what the prices of a 580 are where you live as it will only get about 10% fewer fps in games and here you can get one for under $200.

I finally purchased RTX 2060 (Zotac Gaming RTX 2060 Dual Fan 6GB - $372.16 exact amount) thanks for your advice and I can run ultra on Battlefield V with some tweak hehehehe damn its soooo FFFFF GOOOD HAHAHA thank you for the answer and the suggestion bro!
