She keeps them till they fall apart usually
11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
None
12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.

13. What country do you live in?
USA
14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.

She watches movies in the dark and it needs to have a headphone jack as she can't use speakers 99% of the time. So a great screen is the main thing wanted. She watches all the streaming services and has movies on an external HD.

For her intended use, it doesn't need to be a power house as you no doubt would be aware of. Specs today would be more than enough. The main thing is quality of screen that is attached. Any OLED laptop comes to mind.

That's what I was wanting to know people opinions on some of the better screen for different price points as I try to research things into the ground and end up missing her birthday. XD

What is your budget? You may want to look at some convertible laptops if this is for movies like this HP https://www.amazon.com/HP-Touchscreen-Flagship-Quad-Core-i7-7500U/dp/B07Q7Z84HQ/ref=pd_di_v2_sccai_5/140-7480505-9468428?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07Q7Z84HQ&pd_rd_r=bbf7d3b9-3a8b-4bd5-9c18-7c01a82cbf2d&pd_rd_w=sS73f&pd_rd_wg=nqDe1&pf_rd_p=47579771-02b9-4db9-aad8-9d98476f87cf&pf_rd_r=RAZ2EPTQW5JK75GFZHYR&psc=1&refRID=RAZ2EPTQW5JK75GFZHYR or Acer Spin. Look for an IPS screen, those will have nicer colors than TN screens.

Dell XPS models are great but start at $1,000 and most models are 1200-1400 unless you find a used one.
