[SOLVED] HELP! Can’t get build to post. Almost all new parts.

Hello all!
I am stumped! I recently had to rebuild my rig because of a power surge. I have almost replaced every part except for the SSD and the case. There is still no post. The fans will spin for 1-2 seconds and that’s all.

I have tried breadboarding the system with the same result. Fans turn on for a second that’s all. I have tried resetting the brand new cpu, new ram, new Mobo. The issue continues. Unplugged and replighed everything’s. Changed all the cables except for the ones running from the case.

Troubleshooting part by part I can’t think what it would be. Everything is brand new except the case and the SSD.

Can a faulty/bad case cause no post?

I was super careful with the Brand new mobo so I don’t think a static shock is to blame. Also the cpu fan and auxiliary fans spin. Doesn’t that mean the Mobo is working and sending power through it?

Any help is very much appreciated. I don’t understand where it’s going wrong.

Specs:
Mobo: Asrock b450 pro 4
Cpu: Ryzen 5 3600xt
Ram: 2x 8gb ddr4 3600
Psu: photon 1200 80plus gold (planned to expand so bought higher)

What GPU is installed?

Thanks for the reply! I actually troubleshooted the issue. It was a faulty chord to my SSD that was causing it I presume. Changed that one chord and now it works fine. Thank you!
