Help! Can gert Samsung 970 NVMe M2 to work in my Alianware Aurora R6

Hi I'm trying to install the samsung 970EVO MVMeM2 with a fresh install for windows 10 on my Alienaware Aurora R6. I put the Drive in the M2 slot on the motherboard, Set up the drive as GPT (had to get the AOMEI software to do that). The drive shows up in my PC as 931GB available. Unfortunately the most recent Samsung magician software shows "device not supported" and "interface not detected" it won't allow me to load the Samsung NVM Express Drive 3.0 and I get an error message Samsung NVMe Divice "not Connected". Please help! I'm almost bald from pulling my hair out!
