[Help] cannot change CPU voltage from auto

hi guys, I been trying to overclock my old amd 965 cpu on msi 785GM-P45 mobo. I cannot change the CPU voltage at all from bios.
i have flashed the latest bios, and tried to disable all the features but nothing seems to stick, here are my bios settings: http://imgur.com/MrMNZoA,3EMUUt9
the voltage is greyed out and cannot be changed with +/- buttons (could be really dumb but is it possible im on a 10 key-less keyboard and not using the + and - on the num pad?) i dont have access to a 10key keyboard 🙁
is there anyway to change the voltage from windows? or any other idea why it would be greyed out?
