Question HELP!! Cannot reset BIOS.

Hello guys, so today I bought an SSD to upgrade my Vostro 3268, but I cannot swap Boot mode from Legacy to UEFI (the seller installed windows 10 in Legacy mode), other options can change normally, and then the PC starts remember my boot options. I've tried to reset the BIOS but the boot options still presist. I think the BIOS has problem. Any idea?

It's Dell AiO desktop bro, so I don't know mobo type but chipset is H110, 7400, 4GB and 1TB HDD.
