i've tried installing pirated games,windows activator etc...but as soon as i open the setup file and unselect the bloatware and press next i get redirected to a website[ad],i've also tried to accept to install the bloatware but nothings working

Go buy the OS and the games you've pirated and maybe, just maybe, we'll offer a helping hand.

FYI, the reason you're seeing what you're seeing is having malware onboard the system courtesy of your pirated installers.
