Help can't select XMP

Hello I'm not great with pcs and I'm fairly new to this so be patitent lol so I noticed userbench mark was telling me my ram isn't really performing well I posted and someone recommend selecting XMP in the bios when I go into the bios I only have the option that on the ez Page there is XMP but it's only got disabled as the option and when I go to advanced mode and try select XMP on Ai over clock tuner it only has auto or mannual. Please can you advise what to do and the settings I could use for mannual.

Btw my ram is team elite 2400hz

I suspect you will have to deselect the auto from ez page to be able to change settings. You shouldn't overclock that way anyway, do it properly and manually.

yeah thats what im going to do i just don't really know to do it manually lol

Just put it to manually, then load the XMP profile for RAM, and leave the rest.

oh yeah i get what you mean but i cant seem to find a XMP Profile in my BIOS

Dont know Asus boards, but should be under Advanced RAM configuration or something like that. Look it up in the mobo manual.

That's also a possibility. Team Elite is not exactly high end brand.

Yes. Look at the RAM stick, there should be a small sticker telling speed, timings and voltage. Put the settings into BIOS accordingly.
