Help cant update to windows 8.1 pro!

I just installed my windows pro on my new pc and update to newest version (also have KB2871389).I cant find windows 8.1 in the store also I try direct link and will give me only store home page.Please help could it be because I activate my key from cmd(slmgr.vbs /ipk “Your 5×5 Product Key”) because it tells me I don't have DNS but I have.Please help me.
