I am running:
i7 6700k
Z170m D3H
RTX 3060
EVGA 650G PW
and have:
2x XPG 8gb 2400mhz (Only can run one right now)

I am not sure why but my computer just cycles when I use more than one RAM stick.
I have tried:
All different RAM stick configurations
Updating BIOS to latest version
Turning on or off XMP

But with what I have done so far there has been no post with more than one RAM stick.

Solution
Both work separately but together they do not, I also tested with another set of RAM, one stick worked, but two did not.

Sounds like one of the capacitors that controls how much power goes to the RAM has failed. 6700K is quite an old chip, your motherboard must be easily 7 or 8 years old by now. That's quite early for a power system failure, but not if you were overclocking or overvolting your RAM.
