Help! Cant use new Gpu cant get past boot symbol, so i tried installing my drivers with the old gpu in and i cant!!!!! howcani

My current pc specs
CX600M corsair psu
10 gb RAM
Intel i5
The new gpu is a Nvdia Geforce GTX 750 TI
Old one is AMD radeon hd 5000 something HELP I HAVE WAITED SO LONG FOR MY GRAPHIC CARD NOW IT WONT WORK!!!

1. With old GPU in, uninstall drivers
2. Shut down and take out old card / install new GFX card / connect all power and monitor cables
3. Boot machine, install drivers, reboot.

Nothing now i put my new gpu in now the screen says anaolog screen power saving then it goes black

Yes it boots without any and boots with old one it just wont pickup the screen with the new one, the fans all work etc its powered fine
