HELP CENTER AND REAR right not working 5.1 Samsung surround sound

Ok, so I have a Samsung surroundsound 5.1 and basically the center and rear right speakers are not are not working correctly however if I plug them into a different port like the rare left or subwoofer they do work. I tried plugging in the other speakers into the center and rear right and does not work. Please help thanks

Since you didn't provide any specific model # for your device, I will have to guess ....

You have an internal problem in the amp. You could attempt to disassemble it to see if there are broken wires or plugs, but other than that you have already done the basic troubleshooting .... It sounds broken.
