Help changing Stock CPU Fan

I want to change my STOCK cpu fan and have no clue what I'm able to get, this is my PC here.

To begin with you need to look at air/liquid cooling solutions that accomodate the Socket type: LGA 1155.

Well, what do you want the replacement cooler to do? Better cooling, quieter? How much do you want to spend?

That case is somewhat small, so you won't be able to use very large air coolers. Liquid cooling would be dependent on having a place to mount a radiator, quite rare in an OEM PC. (And in this case, not happening)

So once I find a one with the right socket type is any cooling solution alright? or do I have to take in other factors?

Just better cooling for now and around $50 max.

Your case is the limiting factor, how much room you have to work with. Some air-cooled solutions are giant heatsinks with 90mm-120mm fans on them.

Fairly limited in choices due to the height limit and placement of the chassis internals, I think this would be your best option to make sure they fit (no guarantee though)
