The question is: For what kind of tasks do you need your PC? Just Gaming or more then that?
Both Systems are overpriced in my optinion and you wont even need 32 gb for gaming.

You can get better deals if you select all parts on your own from one side.
Websites like Mindfactory offer a service so they build the system with the parts of your choice and send it over in one piece (if you dont wanna build it on your own). Thats often a lot cheaper.
