Help choosing a graphic card for a cad pc

I'm trying to pick up the good part for my wife's pc

I trying to know if i should choose the quadro k600 or buy a used k4000

Is that a good pratice to buy a used graphic card?

Unless you are buying the used card from a business, such as an "open box" card from Newegg, I would shy away from it.
You have some really good answers and help on your other thread, and your build looks good.
