Help choosing a graphics card

Can someone help me choose a graphics card for under $240? I have been deciding between an xfx r9 280 Double D
and a gigabyte r9 280 windforce both 3gb.
Please feel free to give other options.
Also, Is it worth the extra money to get an Amd fx 8350, or just get an 8320?

looks like one of them just flip a coin thing between them two cards

just list the good and the bad between the 2 and see what wins out for your needs

From what ive seen over the years, is that gigabyte's triple fan design can significantly lower the heat of the gpu while in stress mode and in idle, I would get the gigabyte's version, I would go with the 8350, although its not going to perform 20 % better, really user choice.
