Hello,
I am looking on some advice for choosing a multi-purpose monitor for gaming, light photo/video editing movies, Excel/PowerPoint work.

I have three laptops that I would like to connect:
  1. MacBook pro (2016 version), Intel Core i5 2,9 GHz, 16 GB ram, Intel Iris Graphics 550, 2569 x 1600
  2. Dell G5 5587 Gaming laptop, Intel I5-8300H @ 2.30 GHz, 8 GB RAM, as I see it it has two GPU's installed - Intel UHD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
  3. Lenovo T470p
The MacBook is for everyday general use and light photo/video editing, Netflix/movies, Excel/PowerPoint.
The Dell is for gaming - WC3 Reforged, WoW and CS Go (I don't plan on playing much newer games).

The Lenovo is for office work, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.

I need a monitor that will meet all needs, ensuring a smooth experience with all. A smooth experience with my Macbook is most important, and secondly, good CS Go experience.

So far I have been thinking IPS panel, 2560 x 1440, 27" inches (I can't go higher due to limited space). It do not have to be the cheapest, but a somewhat budget-friendly would be nice.

Can anyone give me any suggestions? Other things I need to consider would also be welcome (any limitations in using all three, and so on).

Thanks in advance!
