Help choosing a Motherboard

This is for my first PC build. Hoping for some help in choosing a motherboard that gets me as close to the following wants as possible...

mATX board, AMD B450 chipset, two M.2 slots (one for NVMe boot drive, one for storage ), at least 3 SATA headers, as many USB 3.0 (or higher) ports as possible, header for media card reader, multiple displays (hdmi/displayport) would be nice but not absolutely necessary.

The main purpose of the build is video processing, rendering in 4K and large file transfers. I'm not into gaming, i just want a fast boot and processing computer.

One thing I would suggest is if you want to save some money avoid the titanium variant of the Mortar since it's a purely cosmetic feature.

That is what i ended up getting. On sale it was about $20 cheaper than the titanium version.
