Help choosing a new ADSL2+ wireless modem/router for P2P gaming & LOTS of home media sharing

Hey Techs,

I'v got a nasty gaming/downloading habit & pretty extensive home network setup that is soon to be complemented by a big improvement in my connection speeds/quality by my ISP. My only problem is that My old modem/router has bricked it (& unfortunately couldnt handle my set up to start with).
My home network includes 4 windows computers-all wirelessly connected
1 mac laptop - wireless
1 Xbox - Ethernet
1 x NAS - media server

My question to you esteemed techies is this,; What is the most suitable ADSL2+ Modem/Router (all in one) less than $200?

i have rented my wireless modem+router from my ISP they have list of routers+modems acceptable if you buy not on there list it didnt work or you get big headache .
