Help choosing CPU cooler and cabinet

Hi,

I need help choosing a cpu cooler and a compatible case for my new build. My components are
i5 7600k
Asus Strix Z270F
8GB x 2 Corsair vengeance 3200Mhz RAM
Gigabyte GTX 1070 windforce oc

Please suggest a cpu cooler under Rs 10000 and a case under Rs 6000. I am in India so all the components available in US/UK are not available here, i will be purchasing from these sites

I was planning on getting Deepcool 240EX as it has impressive results at a lower price.

If you have in mind in a future overclocking, just think in water closed solutions.
About the case, just pick one which you like!
