Help Choosing Gaming Monitor

I need help choosing a gaming monitor for my first gaming PC. I would like it to be around $150, but if it is worth it, I can go a bit higher. I would like the resolution to be 1920x1080, an IPS, LED screen, 60Hz refresh rate or better, and no higher than 5ms response time, I do not want the monitor to have motion blur while gaming, watching videos or movies, browsing the internet, or basically everything I do on my PC. I am not sure how big the screen should be, my face will be about 2 feet away, so not too big of a screen, I do not want to see pixels. For the contrast ratio, I would like it to be very high, I would like to have the best picture quality that I can get for my budget, I don't know too much about the contrast ratio, so whatever has a good picture for gaming and general use. I do not need built in speakers, since I will be using headphones, and I would like to have at least 1 HDMI port. Finally, I would like the monitor to have a good over all rating and from a good, well known brand. Thanks guys!

Ok thank you, I forgot to mention, I would like the stand to be sturdy so the screen doesn't move around too much when I bump into the desk. Is this monitor's stand good?

Also, I don't see the refresh rate for the monitor you posted.

refresh rate for mainstream IPS panels is gonna be 60Hz

Oh ok cool, so will that be good for gaming, and will there be any noticeable motion blur?

"good" and "noticeable" are both subjective terms. The monitor looks great and unless you've had a 144Hz monitor before, you won't see the difference.

In your price range, this is just about the best fit you can hope for.
