Help choosing monitor

I'm currently building a gaming pc but still need a monitor. This is my spec:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500
Motherboard: Asus H170-PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
SSD: Samsung EVO 250GB
Video Card: GeForce GTX 960
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro M ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM
Monitor: ??

I haven't decided on which brand to buy the graphic card. Is there a big different in performance between 2GB and 4GB card?. Can you also recommend on the monitor if i go with either 2GB or 4GB card

Ps : also i need a wireless adapter card, please suggest a good one with less than $40

First, either puah your budget to gtx 970 or get r9 380,it's better than the gtx960.Monitor,that depends, is it for gaming? If it is then a 24" 1080p 144hz is the best for your build.
