Hi everyone, I'm new here and would like some help to build my new pc, well the main question is which will perform better on new games? and which GPU will perform better in each CPU?

Option 1
CPU: Intel Core i5 4440 -> $206 usd
Mobo: AsRock H81M-DGS -> $54 usd (Now this one can support the cpu)

Option 2
CPU: AMD fx 6300 Black Edition -> $127 usd
Mobo: Asus M5A97 R2.0 -> $102 usd
CPU cooler: ??? something useful to OC around $20 usd :(

GPU (Which one should I choose?)
1: Gtx 750 ti 2GB ddr3 gigabyte windforce OC edition -> $183 usd
2: Radeon R7 260x 2gb ddr3 gigabyte OC edtion -> $180 usd

And for any of the options I'll use this:
RAM: 1x8GB Corsair vengeance ddr3 1600mhz -> $97 usd
Storage: Seagate 1 TB 7200rpm Sata III 64MB -> $64 usd
Case & PSU: Acteck AKRON with PSU 500W -> $29 usd
(I know the case and PSU arent good ones, but I will upgrade them in a few months (if necessary), right now I chose that for the price, my budget is 630 usd at most, also I'm from Mexico that's why of high prices.)

If I get the fx 6300, I will OC it as soon as I have money for a GPU cooler and maybe better case and PSU (which, i think, will take a round 3-4 months)

I will use the pc for gaming, and I will upgrade CPU and GPU (maybe also mobo) in like 2-3 years. I dont mind if I cant run new gen games at 1080 ultra, I settle with 720 mid/high settings 60+ fps (This doesnt mean I dont like to play at ultra xD)
Most of the games I play are MMO (rpg and fps), which build would give me a better performance?

All suggestions are welcome!!! I can look for prices in my country.

Thanks for your time, a bunch of gamers and I appreciate it :bounce:

I would go with the i5, however the motherboard you've selected is not compatible with the i5-4440. The motherboard you've selected actually will not support 4th generation (Haswell) or later processors; Haswell and later require socket 1150, the motherboard you've selected is the elder socket 1155 (for 2nd and 3rd generation, Sandy and Ivy Bridge respectively).

Regardless I would still look for a compatible socket 1150 motherboard. The i5-4440 will provide you better gaming performance than the AMD FX-6300, even if you were to overclock the AMD.

GPU wise, you're better off with the GTX 750 Ti. You'll find that it'll provide you better frame rates in games over the R7 260x; the GTX 750 Ti is ranked higher in most benchmarks and...

Get the i5, dual channel ram 2x4gb and get a good case with a good psu bad quality psus will probably destroy your whole system.
Good psus are antec, xfx seasonic, google for a complete tierd list.

The 750 ti is a bit slower but would allow a cheaper psu but you would lose the abilty to grab a higher psu, go r7 260x and a good 600 watt psu for the upgrade potential.

If you're planning to upgrade your RAM to 16GB in the future, then I suppose 1x8GB is ideal; however you maybe better off with 2x4GBs, as both those RAM modules will work in dual-channel, providing additional performance. Furthermore I agree your PSU isn't too solid, regardless personally I would invest in a solid PSU from the beginning; I'd recommend (roughly in order, the first I mention are the ones I recommend most): SeaSonic, XFX, Antec, Corsair or Evga for PSUs.

The i5-4440, GTX 750 Ti and 8GB RAM is a solid specification; you should be able to run many games on high and closer to perhaps even on ultra settings.

All the best. :)

I'm planning to get another 8gb ram, in a short future, so I can have 2x8gb.
For the case, can you mention some good cases with a "low" price? and 600w for the PSU? cant a 500w handle this?
I know that a bad quality psu can destroy the whole system, but is it too risky to use it for 3 months? until I have more money to buy a good one

Thanks for replying...
Oh you're right about mobo, my mistake...
I just searched for some mobo in my range and found these ones:
AsRock H81M-DGS -> $54 usd
Asus B85M-G -> $88 usd
Gigabyte G1 Sniper B5 -> $108 usd
is it worth to pay the doble for the gigabyte one?
and I will check for a good PSU then

I really like AsRock motherboards so that should be fine. As far as psu, if you choose to get the 750ti you can use as low as a 400w and be fine because it uses such little power. But even with a 260x a 500w power supply will be sufficient.
