Gave you one of the few cases these days that still has an expansion bay for a optical drive, but feel free to change the case to whatever you want. You could also save about 50 USD right now and drop down to a Ryzen 2600.

The only other savings would be to get a different motherboard. I gave the Tomahawk since its a good board and the BIOS can be updated without a compatible CPU just in case you choose to go with the 3600 and the BIOS isn't up to date. Here is a list of boards that the BIOS can be updated without a CPU installed. If you go with the 2600 you can get pretty much any B450 out there.

Respectable
Please help then
I would be of no specific help in your market.
In lieu of building you a click and buy parts list, I would be happy to make a general recommend or two.
In regard to a battery backup, the easiest thing to do is to have an idea what your build is and utilize their calculator to find out what you need for expected run time and equipment. You have some pretty specific desires inside a small budget.
I would:
Spec a BUDGET system with a 1xxx or 2xxx Ryzen 5 inside a budget case. If gaming isn't priority ( I can't recall and your drive link isn't working any more) select one of the iGPU models. You should be able to select some decent budget drives, memory, PSU in order to help come up with a target for the backup. Probably want to stick with a run of the mill type 24" monitor, basic keyboard for now, cheap kit of 8GB RAM.

The drive is https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MB6tPNOBtxe0n9w8WIH3q0xVJDlpTWRI/view?usp=sharing . And how can I calculate the expected run time etc? Could you please make a rough list in a doc or on pcpartpicker for spain. For the monitor and case only I am fine buying second hand.

Your budget is too small to get a capable gaming PC, wifi card, windows 10, monitor, keyboard+mouse, headphones, UPS, and 1tb storage.

I have tried to pick what I feel is the most important.

I omitted a UPS as I don't feel it is that necessary. Cheap and UPS don't go together, plus one of a decent capacity suited for a gaming PC would be too pricy for your budget.
I omitted RGB case fans due to budget issues, but the case does have some front RGB.
Nvidia cards at this price point struggle to compete with AMD cards, so I went AMD.
Other ommisions I dont have time to write out.

No worries. Thanks. It is near perfect. For the monitor and case I can probably save money by getting it second hand or on sale.

Hi, I just had a request to make. My potential components list for my first PC build is https://es.pcpartpicker.com/list/3VG97T +mousepad+surge protector. My budget is 750 Dollars (including peripherals and monitor) so could you please adjust my list (change the brand, model , ec. but have save components like if there is a 1 tb hdd keep it 1 tb but change it to a diffferent brand etc). I am based in Spain so all plugs have to be Spanish sockets. Could you adjust the list and send it to me? Thank you. I am looking to build a PC that is quite capable for gaming (I am new to gaming, looking to play Fortnite, GTA, Minecraft and PubG at medium settings at 1080p and get 80 fps or more), note-taking for school, downloading movies, surfing the web, reddit, discord and social media, streaming game-play sometimes, streaming movies, downloading books and editing videos and media. Please check physical dimensions too since they physical dimension restrictions cannotbe automatically checked by pcpp, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders.

Nothing majorly wrong, although AMD Ryzen processors performance is heavily dependent on ram frequency, so i would go for no less than 3000mhz.

SSD isnt from a good brand, so i would spend the extra money to get a faster and more reliable Samsung drive.

USB Ethernet adapter is not needed as the motherboard already has an ethernet port capable of the same performance.
