So, i was about to buy asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0, but then according to this link when it comes to oc-ing fx8350 it will throttle.

Help me decide wich is best from these 3:
Asrock 990FX Extreme3
Asrock 990FX Extreme4
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

The 1st and 3rd are at the same price and the second one is 49 dollars more expensive (in my country).

Also 990fx extreme 3 has 4+1 phase count, the others 8+2.
What does that mean, you can't overclock(even with water cooling) on 4+1 phase count?
Do i really need to oc my fx 8350, it is not enough at stock speed for future games?

I'm also interested is the bios, asrock's UEFI is really cool but does the gigabyte have one as well?

As for the gpu Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 WINDFORCE 3X (N770OC-2GD) and 16 gb ram

For overclocking I'd recommend getting the Gigabyte 990. ASRock is a really good manufacturer but their boards are often held back by bad heat management on the mosfets. Almost every UEFI will be the same, the GB board has one.

The 8350 will not need an overclock in most games but newer ones like BF4 may require it.

Ok, so gigabyte is starting to look good but from that picture it seems that it doesn't have a tab for overclocking like asrock.
What about the rams speed, i've heard that my 1600MHz will be automatically set to 1333MHz. If so do i have to set them manually to 1600 MHz

I have the ASRock 970 Extreme4 and I know that the RAM sets itself to 1333 automatically if I reset the board. It's relatively simple to set custom speeds though. The picture shows the overclocking options. :)
