Help choosing upgrade for cpu

I'm currently having the cpu pretty much always run 100% and wondering if I can get some input on what would be a good cpu upgrade. Thanks in advance.

So my currents specs are:

Motherboard: MSI A88X-G45 gaming

CPU: AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics

GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

RAM: 16GB

Storage: 1TB HDD

OS: Windows 10 64-bit

For INTEL:

If you want to upgrade to intel Skylake, you need to look for new motherboard (LGA 1151) it only support DDR4 so it means you need to upgrade you RAM as well, for CPU I would recommend you to choose i5 6600k or i7 6700k if you want something good for multi tasking.

For AMD:

For AMD I would recommend you to use AMD Vishera FX-9590 4.70GHz, socket is AM3 so it means you need to upgrade you Motherboard.

If you only need CPU, you could choose between these two:

1. AMD Godavari A10-7860K 3.90-4.0Ghz 4-Core Processor

2. AMD Kaveri A10-7870K 3.90-4.10GHz 4-Core Processor

whats your budget?

Located in Sweden and it's around 3000SEK/328USD

not sure pricing over there, but in that budget range... i would upgrde to an intel i5 6500 or 6400 with an b150 or h110 motherboard and 16gb of ddr4 ram.
