Help choosing windows os

Hello, what os will be better with this specs(below),what will be better Windows 7 ultimate (currently installed) or windows 8/8.1?
Asrock g31m-s
Intel celeron e3300
1gb ddr2 ram
150gb hdd

Windows 7 & up requires 2GB of RAM at least for smooth working. Windows 8 and 8.1 may work with 1GB of RAM. But still, it would be a good idea to add at least 1 GB more to your RAM.
