[Help] Compaq laptop doesn't show login screen

Hello, I was uninstalling some programs and it told me to restart, so I did and it led me to this problem. It does either of the three options:
. It loads at Compaq screen but after it flashes a black screen with 4 second intervals.

. At Compaq screen it says please wait, but after it goes at a black screen with a mouse that I can move.

. And lastly, it says at Compaq
screen "Preparing Automatic Repair" and leads to a black screen with a mouse that I can move.

Please help!

what programs did you uninstall?

And did you try booting to BIOS in order to start in safe mode?

I uninstalled "Red Alienware Skin"
And I'm not familiar on what you mean, see I'm not a professional with computers. I looked up how to access the BIOS menu and it said to press F10. But no keys work when I start it up.

that's a really weird problem, sounds like something is going wrong with the OS and it can't repair itself, do you have the installation disk that comes with your computer? You may have to just reinstall windows
