Hi, I am building a computer for a friends 13 year old son. I do not have a lot of experience building computers and would like to see what combination mobo and gpu would be best. Specifically for speed and upgradablity. I am going to be using:
Intel Core i5-4590 BX80646I54590 Processor (6M Cache, 3.3 GHz)
8 gb ddr3 1600 ram
600 watt evga power supply
250 gb ssd drive and 1t hdd
Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-02 Mid Tower Gaming Case
The two choices I have for mobo and gpu are;
Gigabyte H97 Extreme Multi Graphics Support UEFI DualBIOS Micro ATX DDR3 1600 LGA 1150 Motherboard GA-H97M-D3H. With EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB FTW GAMING ACX 2.0+
or
MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard Micro ATX DDR3 1333 LGA 1150 Motherboards B85M-G43. With XFX R9 380X DD XXX OC 990MHZ 4GB DDR5 DP HDMI 2XDVI Graphics Cards, R9-380X-F24M
Any help would be appreciated
