Question Help completing this build

Hi all,

I'm looking to downsize my current Mettalicgear Neo G Mini ITX case to fit into a TV/AV cabinet for my living room gaming PC.

I'm looking at the Phanteks Evolve Air due to it's compact size that'd fit perfectly in my TV/AV unit.

I've already got CPU (W/ Stock cooler), GPU, RAM, MOBO & Storage, I'm just hoping for some help and advice on PSU and cooling options. Would it also make sense to switch to NVME drives to save space in this case?

It does have a 3.5" drive mount. Are you sure 2TB is enough for your needs? Do you already own that 250GB 860 EVO?

Cooling - what are you considering? Fan choices or an AIO for the CPU or a <82mm air cooler or?

I have the 250GB EVO already, 2TB should be enough for now but can always add a USB external drive if needs be.

In terms of cooling, I'm open to advice here, bearing in mind it's a small case and the components I have. What's the best value options available? I need it to be cool and quiet (preferably silent but understand that might not be possible)
