Help! Computer Freezes On Windows 7 "Preparing Desktop"

I got a bug today. I was playing a 3D game (Street Fighter V), and it suddenly froze. I reset my PC, and suddenly my pc will freeze whenever I open it up Normally and try to login. It will show "Preparing Desktop" and then the little circle will stop spinning. Before I did the clean boot, I could also hear sounds going on in the background from my startup programs, but the Welcome screen persists. Sometimes I can even still move the mouse, but I just can't move the welcome screen.

I can open up Safe mode no problem, and when I uninstalled my drivers for my Nvidia card, I can open it up with a normal boot...just without graphics drivers. However, whenever I reinstall my drivers, I get the freeze error again. It's very frustrating.

I've tried a clean boot, and no dice. Cleaned the PC of dust, and reseated the GPU, same problem. The only thing that works consistently is safemode with networking.

I did a bootlog and got a whole bunch of driver errors, but I don't know if that's useful at all. But I noticed this:

sounds like the video card or power supply issue. have you have any other gpu to test with??
