Help, computer has no power

I built a Linux box about 5 months ago. And today it just stoped having any power. Is there anything I can do to restore power, or do I need a new psu? The psu I used was the one that came with the Apeva X fit 200. And my cpu was the cheapist amd sempron.

How do you know it has no power? Are you sure another component isn't to blame?
