HELP! Computer is not detecting graphics card

Okay so I have an AMD Radeon Sapphire HD 7770 graphics card but for some reason my computer says it's a Standard VGA Graphics Adapter. Whenever I try to play something an error message pops up saying: Failed to initialize Direct3D.

I've already tried to update to the newest drivers and even uninstalling the VGA graphics adapter but it just reinstalls itself. My graphics card worked perfectly fine until I had to reset my computer so I know it's not out of date.

Do this:

1.Install the graphics card driver
2.Disable the onboard graphics (not uninstall)
3. Restart
