Question HELP - computer just stops working

Not really sure what this issue is but il try my best to explain and what I've tried so far.

So it started a couple days ago and every now and again my computer just stops working, like frozen but I can still click on things hover over stuff ext but nothing loads, if I had something open at the time e.g discord for example sometimes i can still hear sound but the app has frozen then eventually it just stops. Also I cant use the restart option because when I do it just sits on the restarting screen but never turns off.

The troubleshooting/fixing i have tried:
reset my OC Back to stock
Boot to safe mode
Run command sfc/ scannow
Ran DISM command too, both found nothing
Checked for updates
Checked for virus
Ran troubleshooting boot mode

Spec:
AMD ryzen 9 3900xt
Asus rog crosshair viii hero motherboard
Ryzen 5700 gpu

Any help is massively appreciated as its doing my head in, pc still works most of the time but the issue keeps happening

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, and even informational events that correspond with the freeze ups.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Check by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

Psu is silverstone 850w all the components are about 2-3months old, Its as clean as a whistle inside.

Il check reliability history see if that yields anything
