Help! Computer keeps turning on and off

I recently installed a new motherboard and cpu into my system, i5 6600k and Gigabyte K3 Z170. However, after I installed them, the computer kept turning on and off unless I hold down the power and the monitor wouldn't get a signal.

I looked online and apparently it could be an array of problems like RAM, PSU or CMOS problems. The RAM I have is also new and I checked it with every socket so it doesn't seem to be that and my PSU was working perfectly fine last night. I could try the CMOS but as I said the motherboard is new.

Is this motherboard a replacement? If so is it the same make/model as the one it replaced? If not, then you may have a conflict between the motherboard drivers for the old MB and the new MB. Try re-installing the MB drivers from the disk that came with the new MB.

After reinstalling all the parts for the second time, it finally decided to work. Not sure what fixed it, but I'm not complaining
