Help computer not working.

So i built my computer around a year ago ( https://pcpartpicker.com/user/KylePauly/saved/#view=pvP2FT ) and my friend sent me the gpu in this build ( https://pcpartpicker.com/user/KylePauly/saved/#view=HT2tt6 this is also all the current parts i have and still doesnt work at all. Wont even boot bios. ) So i went to put it in and i had it plugged in and everything and i powered it on and it told my i didnt have enough power plugged in..
I didnt notice i had to plug in the extra power cords. So i did that and then the computer powered on but did boot. didnt so anything other than fans and lights powered on. Im so confused. I have bought a new CPU, 2 Motherboards, 2 PSUs, 2 new sticks of ram, all of that and i cant get a working computer.

Ive done all of the checklists and everything replaced the parts that looked to not be working and still nothing. Ive been trying to fix it for over a month now. Any help would be much appreciated. Please Help.

Considering that you have already bought "a new CPU, 2 Motherboards, 2 PSUs, 2 new sticks of ram" and you still haven't been able to make it work, my advise is: carefully pick up all the parts, go the nearest local pc store, and pay them to put it all together. Maybe they'll let you watch so that you can learn how it's done. Stop wasting your time and money, go to the experts.

Thats the point.. I know how to put them together ive built many and this is mind boggling me as to why its not working..

Did somemore messing around and ive fixed it thanks for your suggestion tho.
