HELP! computer says "Unable to identify this network's proxy settings"

So when i got home from school i booted my PC and used it for about 20 minutes before the internet stopped working, and then i took my school laptop and try to see if the internet would work on that computer and it did, and then when i troubleshooted my PC, it said " Unable to identify this network's proxy settings" And now i dont know what to do. Anyone know a solution?

EDIT : On proxy settings on Windows 10 there is a setting called "Automatic identification of settings" and when i turn that on i get the message that says "Unable to identify this network's proxy settings" but when i turn it off and troubleshoot i wont get that message, but in both cases i cant access webpages. (but spotify works great)

Are you using Internet Explorer or Edge? That is usually when those proxy settings will be.
