Help computer shutting off on startup a short maby?

I have gone through replacing many psu's and other components for this computer and it has been running fine until today when I went to turn it on. It turned on for a split second then shut off. I don't know if it's maby my case causing a short or could it even be these led strips I have in my case http://imgur.com/wbBgKEY. I am however missing like 1 of the standoff screws becuase I just didn't have it would that be a problem?

My system specs are Intel i7 4790k msi gtx 970 witch has been through a couple psu failures but seems to work fine, 16gb ddr3 ram, msi z97 gaming 7 mobo and corsair ax860i psu completely new. Case corsair carbide air 540

Do you have your CPU 2x4 pin connector plugged in? Did you crush your motherboard CPU pins? Did you turn on your power supply?

Yes its plugged in no i didnt crush any pins and yes my psu is on how else would i go turn my computer on lol
