Help! Computer takes too long to wake from sleep or shut down.

I recently got this problem but i have no idea how. I erased my computer and installed windows again. Does anyone know how I would be able to solve this problem?

First of all let me know your computer configuration and which operating system did you install on your computer.
you may also try to run sfc /scan on your computer. it will scan the files and boost little speed. here is the process to run sfc /scannow file.

1. click on windows icon
2. type cmd in the search box.
3. right click on command prompt and select run as a administrator.
4. finally you need to type the command sfc/scannow and hit enter.
it will start scanning your system files. this may take some time. once it will be done then you can restart your computer.

Setup is on profile. Tried this but it still takes a while to shut off.
