Help! Computer won't turn on and monitor screen funny

Everytime I turn my computer on this screen with white green and purple pixels with original boot underneath. This occurs on both of my monitors can anyone explain what's happened?

What is your specifications, it might be your GPU though. I would need more information before I know for sure.

Check with other HDMI/DVI cable, check GPU in another system

I have an AMD FX6300
XFX R9 270 2GB GPU
8GB RAM

Most likely a defective GPU,

You have to test with onboard or other gpu
