Hey guys im not sure of this ist the right place to post this but i hope it is.

Im currently building my PC, and im running into troubles about what to connect.

I have a x570 tuf gaming mobo
3900x
GTX 1660
M.2 nvme
Cooler Master h500 Case
Be quiet Straight Power 750w with modular cables

Is the ATX mobo connector and GPU all i need to plug into the powersupply ?
If not what else, and how are they named ?

Sorry for the dumb question and thanks for any help

Solution
The specs show three power jacks on the MB.

1 x 24-pin EATX Power connector(s)
1 x 8-pin ATX 12V Power connector(s)
1 x 4-pin ATX 12V Power connector(s)

but in the manual.....on page 2-7.....it shows only one 8 pin jack (instead of the 8 and 4 pin) and shows you should either plug in a 4 pin OR an 8 pin......so I would do one or the other. I think the 8 pin would be for extreme overclocking.

Im pretty sure i connected those properly, i pray... Sadly out of time for now.

VGA cable for the GPU
8pin for the CPU
24 Pin for the mobo

In case theres something i fucked up, will this damage my system once i try to turn it on to check ?

Are you the cable to the display is VGA? I'm seeing the 1660 has an HDMI port, a Display Port and a DVI port.

Other than that....your system doesn't have any other drives than the M2 that I see....so no cables for drives.

On the MB you have the 24 pin and either the 4 or 8 pin.

The GPU takes an 8 pin power plug.

Unless I'm missing something.....that's all I see......and nothing should go wrong if you power it up.

The GPU has a 6pin tho
But i mean the cable from the PSU to the GPU has VGA written on it.
I fit all easily, hope it works tomorrow

I didnt connect it to anything yet, was out of time.

Tomorrow i'll try it out. Thanks for all help

I'm seeing the NVidia card has an 8 pin....but if yours isn't NVidia then it might be a 6 pin.

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/graphics-cards/gtx-1660-ti/

...and as far as the VGA thing....on PSUs.....cables labeled either VGA and Pcie are the same thing and as long as you use the cable labeled VGA (6 pin or 8 pin) to the GPU you should be fine.
