[SOLVED] HELP CPU COOLER (Air)

Hello,

I'm planning on upgrading my pc. I am going to buy an i7-9700K. I dont want to overclock yet but I just want to have the possibility because my graphics card (2070) en ram can also be overclocked. Is the COOLERMASTER HYPER212x good enough if I dont overclock? I'm planning on upgrading the cooler if I want to overclock but I'm on a budget right now. Btw is there a huge difference between z370 and z390 mobo's? if there isn't will the z370 work fine with my 2070, i7 and ram? and can it overclock to the max? or do I need a 390 for that

Z370's on the current market , usually don't have a BIOS loaded to boot a 9000 series , hence why Z390 is the way to go.
