Help CPU/Laptop: Config 1 or 2?

Hello,

First sorry, I did not where to put this in the right section.
I am looking for a new laptop.
Budget max: 800 USD
Use: Web/Netflix/NBA/NFL/Gaming
Games: CSGO (80%), Dota2 (10%), Overwatch/H1Z1/HoS (10%)

I used to play CSGO but I am kind of casual now (10h max/week). CS GO is mainly a CPU game (graphics not demanding).
I play CS GO in 4:3 1280x960 everything Low so I don't need a beast but I would like to be at 300 fps constant.

I digged already and I found 2 configs (140 USD difference):

Config 1 :
i5-8300H
GTX 1050 Ti 4GB DDR5
8 GB DDR4 RAM
1 To + 16 GB HDD hybrid

Config 2:
i5 7300HQ
GTX 1050 2GB DDR
8 GB DDR4 RAM
256 GB SSD

I don't need extra storage since my previous MSI died after 5 years and I will use my HDD as external HD.

I guess config 1 is quite expensive for the use I will make of it but at the same time, there is only 140USD difference and the HW is massive.

Thoughts, particularly on the CPU - would it be enough ?

You get quite a bit more speed with the i5-8300H. I think that's worth the $140....plus you get a Ti.

You don't get an SSD but you can add one later.
